Our sized pyjama sets generally range from UK 8 to UK 22, depending on the style. Several of our relaxed nightdresses are available in one size and are designed to fit approximately UK 8 –16.

If you prefer a looser or more oversized fit, we normally recommend choosing the larger size where more than one size is available.

Are Night Owl pyjamas true to size?

What fabrics are your pyjamas made from?

The Oriental Bloom and Wild Tiger pyjama sets are made from 100% cotton. Other pyjama sets and nightdresses use lightweight polyester or polyester-blend fabrics, while some products include elastane for gentle stretch.

Which Night Owl products are best for warmer nights?

For warmer nights, look for lightweight, relaxed styles that do not feel heavy or restrictive.

Popular options include our cotton short pyjama sets and loose-fitting slogan nightdresses. Because every person experiences temperature differently, we recommend checking the fabric composition, sleeve length and fit information before choosing.

Are your pyjamas suitable for women experiencing menopause?

Many women experiencing warmer nights or hot flushes prefer lightweight nightwear with relaxed, non-restrictive fits. Night Owl offers cotton pyjama sets and loose-fitting nightdresses that may suit these preferences.

Our products are not medical devices and have not been designed to treat menopause symptoms. Please choose according to your preferred fabric, fit and level of coverage.

What is the difference between cotton and polyester nightwear?

Cotton is a natural fibre that many customers choose for its soft and breathable feel.

Polyester is lightweight, durable, quick-drying and easy to care for. Polyester-blend nightwear may also include elastane to provide gentle stretch.

The best choice depends on your personal preferences, the season and whether you prioritise natural fibres, easy care, stretch or a lightweight feel.

How should I wash my Night Owl pyjamas and nightdresses?

Always follow the care instructions shown on the individual product page and garment label.

Most Night Owl nightwear should be machine washed at 30°C with similar colours. Washing garments inside out can help protect prints and slogans. Avoid bleach and high heat, and do not tumble dry unless the product’s care instructions specifically allow it.

How should I wash my slippers and eye masks?

Care requirements vary according to the materials used. We recommend checking the Fabric & Care section on the product page and the label attached to the item.

For plush slippers and satin-style eye masks, gentle spot cleaning or hand washing may be more suitable than machine washing unless the label states otherwise.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes. Night Owl Pyjamas currently offers free standard delivery on UK orders.

Any alternative or promotional delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are normally dispatched within one to three working days after payment. UK standard delivery generally takes a further two to three working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by bank holidays, courier delays or unusually busy periods. Tracking information will be sent when it is available.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn other than being tried on for fit, unwashed, free from marks or signs of use, and returned with the original labels attached. Please try nightwear on over your own underwear.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our additional 30-day returns guarantee.

Can sale items be returned?

Yes. Full-price and sale products can be returned when they meet the conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.

Who pays for return postage?

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your name, order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where relevant.

If we confirm that the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will explain the available replacement or refund options and provide appropriate return instructions.
