No. The Pick-a-Print button-through nightdress is made from 100% brushed cotton, while the Slow Coffee Morning, Let Me Sleep and Big Hearts nightdresses use 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Fabrics vary across the nightdress collection, so check the composition of the individual style rather than assuming every nightdress is cotton.

Cotton is a natural fibre with a soft, breathable feel. Our polyester-blend styles offer a lightweight feel, with elastane in some garments for stretch. Choose according to your preference for natural fibres, flexibility, fabric weight and fit. A lightweight label does not mean that a garment is made from cotton.

Brushed cotton has a softer, fluffier surface and a cosier feel for cooler evenings. Lightweight cotton pyjama sets offer a lighter feel, with short or full-length coverage depending on the style. Follow the care label and washing instructions for the individual product, as cotton, brushed cotton and stretch fabrics can need different care. Wash with similar colours and avoid high heat unless the label permits it. Do not tumble dry unless the garment's instructions say that it is suitable.

Check the care instructions for your chosen slippers or eye mask before cleaning. Plush fabrics, decorative details, satin-style masks and contoured masks can need different treatment. Gentle spot cleaning or hand washing may be appropriate for some styles, but only machine wash an item when its care instructions allow it.

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days after payment. Standard UK delivery generally takes a further two to three working days after dispatch. These are estimates, and bank holidays or courier delays can affect arrival. You will receive a dispatch notification with available tracking information. Pre-orders can have different dispatch dates.

You can place an order when a product is marked for pre-order and your chosen option is available to purchase. Pre-order items may be dispatched later than our usual delivery times. Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order under our returns guarantee. Items must meet the conditions in our Returns and Refund Policy, including being unwashed, unworn apart from careful fitting, and returned with original labels. Please try nightwear on over underwear. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Yes. Full-price, sale and promotional products can be returned when they meet our returns conditions. Bundle and free-gift offers can affect the refund calculation: if you return a qualifying product, the associated gift may also need to be returned unused. Email admin@nightowlpyjamas.co.uk with your name, order number, the item you wish to return and whether it is unwanted, faulty, damaged or incorrect. Contact us before posting anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. For a different size, we will check availability and explain your options.

Customers normally pay return postage for unwanted items. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, Night Owl will cover reasonable return-postage costs or provide an appropriate prepaid return method. Contact us first, use the confirmed returns address and keep your proof of postage.

We will explain the appropriate next steps, including return arrangements and any applicable refund or replacement. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our voluntary returns guarantee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For returns under your statutory cancellation rights, refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or acceptable evidence of return.
