Common questions
Where's my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and you'll get an email with tracking when yours is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
How do I return or exchange something?
You have 30 days to return items that are unworn, unwashed and have their labels attached. Email us with your order number before posting anything back. See our returns policy for the details.
Can you help me choose a size?
Of course. Tell us the style you're looking at and the size you usually wear, and we'll help. Each product page also has a Size & fit section with UK size equivalents.
